Certified Staff

Annual Employer Contributions

  • $3,500 per year deposited into a Health Retirement Account (HRA)

  • $1,500 per year contributed to your 403(b) retirement plan

  • Part‑time employees receive a prorated contribution amount

Vesting Requirements

  • You must complete 15 years of consecutive service with the Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District and be age 57 or older to access these funds.

  • Employees who leave before meeting both vesting requirements forfeit all funds in the account.

Access to Funds

  • Funds are not available to active employees or to employees who are not vested.

  • All contributed funds accumulate and grow at a guaranteed 3% rate annually.
