Athletic Recruiting Workshop

Come to this informational workshop on the complex athletic recruiting process! This workshop is intended for any student-athlete (and their parents/guardians) who has hopes of competing at the college level.

Topics will include: The recruiting process, finding the right fit, preparing for college, the life of the college athlete, and a question and answer session with current college athletes from East.

Check out this helpful website for quick references on eligibility and academic requirements, as well as a COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE to the initial-eligibility process, which includes worksheets on how to calculate your GPA for NCAA eligibility purposes.

How to APPLY:

Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center: 

Student-athletes interested in playing sports at an NCAA Division I or Division II college need to register during high school with the NCAA Eligibility Center.

Request NCAA Transcripts through Naviance:

So, you plan to play a sport at a Division I or Division II college and are registering with the Eligibility Center? You also need to add "NCAA" to your list of "Colleges I'm Applying To" in Naviance, and request your transcript to be sent to NCAA. Once you put in your request we will send it over!
