Pencil Sharpener

Plan

I remade one of the school's pencil sharpeners in Fusion 360 to advance my designing skills.

Workflow

1. Create an empty design.
2. Create a rectangular sketch according to the schematics.
3. Extrude the sketch.
4. Create another sketch on the front face of the box.
5. Follow the schematic to make concentric circles and a rectangle.
6. Extrude the rectangle and the inside circle inwards.
7. Fillet the edges to create a softer look.
8. Create another sketch on the bottom of the box.
9. Make four identical circles.
10. Extrude the circles.
11. Create a new sketch on the back face of the box.
12. Create a circle according to the schematic.
13. Create a new plane above the first circle.
14. Create another smaller circle over the first circle.
15. Loft the two circles.
16. Create another plane.
17. Make a spline.
18. Sweep the line.
