Course Description

This semester will focus on three areas:  speech, self-exploration, and rhetorical critique.  During this semester, students will be instructed in all aspects of formal public speaking in order to gain insight into the skill of oral communication.  Various speeches will be written, discussed and performed in the course of the semester.  Students will also complete reading, writing, journaling or hands-on work in order to ensure college and career readiness for all students.
