Course Description
This course introduces students to the art of public speaking. The focus will be on developing ideas, organizing information, researching, and delivery of formal and informal speeches. Students will work on increasing their confidence as speakers by giving numerous speeches throughout the semester. The students will also examine rhetoric and speeches throughout history with a focus on analysis.
