Cadets will address the President of the Board as command sergeant major or their appropriate rank.

Cadets will address all other board members as first sergeant or their appropriate rank.

"Command Sergeant Major, Cadet (Your Rank) (Your Name), is respectfully requesting permission to leave your cadet of the month inspection board, command sergeant major"
