Cadet must be a team commander (Color Guard Commander, Drill Team Commander, Armed Exhibition Commander, Raider Team Commander, Rifle Team Commander, VEX Robotics Commander).

Cadet must perform a Color Guard at a public event or at a drill meet.

Cadet must compete on the drill team at a drill meet.

A cadet must compete on the armed exhibition platoon at a drill meet.

Cadet must achieve Gold or Silver honor roll.

Cadets must compete at a raider meet.

Cadet must compete at a rifle team match.
