Abstract: Do you know if the teams you coach even use their plans to implement, analyze, adapt and share learning? If they don’t, do you know why? This session will continue to build on past years’ sessions on helping teams ‘go full cycle’. An important starting point is understanding where teams are in implementing the principles and practices of the CS. We will share and discuss examples of processes and tools used to coach teams through the steps to implement, learn, share, and adapt their projects.
