Abstract: Many people perceive the Conservation Standards (CS) as very detailed and time-consuming. This can represent a significant barrier to their use. How can we coach and support project teams who are interested in applying the CS but have limited resources? How can we bring in other teams who are uncertain and not ready to dive into the full process? This session will share advances with Lighter CS tools and provide coaches with a chance to test them out and provide feedback for future iterations and improvements.
