An attack hit is any action that directs the ball towards the opponent;

Tipping is only allowed if the ball is cleanly hit (not caught or thrown).

At U14 level, players are not allowed to complete an attack hit on the opponent’s serve, when the ball is in the front zone and higher than the net.

A player hits the ball on the opponent’s side of the net;

A player hits the ball out;

A player completes an attack hit on the opponent’s serve when the ball is in the front zone and above the height of the net;
