We hope you find these lessons helpful and fun. Kindergartners need to be moving for at least 60 minutes a day. That may sound like a lot but kids don't have to move for 60 minutes in a row. You can spread activity throughout the day.

Martial arts is a great activity for the whole family to get involved in. Be sure to train safe by clearing out space around you and practice control by looking before you punch, kick, jump, dodge, or move! Great for zoom martial arts class games! These fitness games are great to share on a projector, tv screen, or in Zoom/Google classroom for physical education, PE, martial arts classes, sports training, or at home for a fun workout!
