To start this project off, I needed to create a new Editor Utility Widget. When I got in, I created a basic vertical layout and added buttons for the end user to be able to click.
After the buttons had been established, it was time to move over to the event graph to program the functions in. There were four main components that came to mind to make optimization easier: 1) the ability to quickly see FPS, the CPU/GPU times, freeze rendering for cull volumes as well as the over scenes statistics.
This is an extremely useful tool and time saver. I'm very happy to have it for future purposes!
