Infinite Campus User Account Instructions:
To request an Infinite Campus Parent Account, simply navigate to www.butlerschools.net and click on BC Helpdesk. Create the helpdesk ticket by adding your name, email and a phone number (you do not have to include room number). Choose your child's school, the Infinite Campus group from the drop down list, and then what type of access you need. In the issue box please include the name of your student and our helpdesk staff will send you the credentials to the email you provide. Access on Phone App:
Go to the app store, search Infinite Campus, download the parent version. Once downloaded, open app, it will prompt you to search: enter Butler County and then choose Kentucky. This will find Butler County, click on it and you have the app setup.
Access on PC:
Updating my Information on Infinite Campus
If you change phone numbers or addresses, you can request we change that information for you without having to call the school or come in. Simply navigate to the parent portal, then click on the "More" link on the bottom left hand side.
Next, click on what you would like to update. Address Information and Demographics are the two most likely items you will want to keep up to date.
After you have updated the information, someone in the school system will look at the information and either approve the updates, or contact you for more information. Keeping your information up to date is important because our One Call Now system uses this info to place numbers in the contact database. To visit our One Call Now District Site Click Here.
