How do I sign up?

Chances are, you already are...

One Call gets the names and numbers it uses to send messages based on information we have in Infinite Campus.  So when you enroll in Butler County Schools or are employed by Butler County Schools, that information is uploaded into One Call.  

If your information in Infinite Campus is not up to date, then you will not get One Call Messages.  Information can be updated in the Parent Portal or at the school the child attends.  However, you need to have an Infinite Campus Parent Account to update the information yourself.  An IC account also provides you information about your child's grades and attendance.  

I need to get an Infinite Campus Parent/Student Account, what do I do?

I need to update my Infinite Campus Information, but I don't know how.

What about Texts?

If your cellphone number is a part of your Infinite Campus Information, all you have to do is text the word  ALERT to 22300 and you will be signed up for text messages sent by One Call Now.

Staff One Call Update

Staff can also update One Call Now Information.  The process for staff:  Log into Infinite Campus.  Click on:  Census < My Data < and then request an update using the blue button near the top of the page.
