When you graduate, we normally allow you 90 days to transition your files and things before we disable your account. During this time it is a good idea to use Google Takeout to quickly export most of your data to a new email or download it to make a local copy of your data for yourself.
It is crucial you also take the time to remove your school credentials from your insurance providers, banking institutions apple accounts or anything else you have used your school email to set up and maintain. Once we disable and ultimately delete your account, you will completely lose access to this email address, it will no longer exist. All data found within it will be wiped out. If your account is deleted, I cannot retrieve anything. After your account is disabled for 90 days, if you haven't contacted us with a really good reason why we shouldn't we will then delete your account.
If you transfer out of the district prior to graduation, it is possible we will disable your account sooner than 90 days.
