- Fiber Contract (approx $1450 per month at 80 percent discount)
ATT contract Began July 1, 2022 for a term of 5 years

- Wireless Access Points were Replaced 2019 with an average lifespan of 3 t o5 years ($1320.99 each)
- Switches were Replaced in 2023 (February) with an average lifespan of 5 to 7 years ($8033.99 each)
- Fiber was Replaced (between MDF and IDF) in 2023 with an average lifespan of 20 and 40 years ($18,000)
HotSpot Networking Devices (currently funded by Board 100%)
- Each hotspot is $90 to purchase
- Each hotspot contract is $32 per month per device
Hosted Voice Phone System (Initial purchase by Board, transition to monthly bills based on number of devices to SBDM)
- Initial Phone Handset Cost is $150 per phone device
- Phone Line is $6 per line per month (each user gets a distinct line, so have more than one based on building assignments)
Cell Phone Service (Devices/services paid for by Building of Assignment)
- Devices range from 99 cents to over a $1,000 each
- Each cell contract is $45 per month
Chromebooks (Funding Sources Varied)
- 900 were purchased in 2023 with an average lifespan of 5 years ($250 each)
- 450 were purchased in 2021 with an average lifespan of 5 years ($200 each)

- Document Cameras replaced as needed with an average life span of 3 to 5 years

Phased out of experience unless attached to working interactive board or teacher request with an average lifespan of 3 years
