Light up the Forest

Central Brussels Scouts took part in the Light up the Forest event held in De Kluis. Scouts, cubs and beavers and their parents enjoyed a barbecue with over 200 other local Expat Scouting groups, BSO members, British Guides and local FOS groups. The event was a rare opportunity for children living in the city to experience the night sky without light pollution. Our scouts lit up the forest with their home-made lanterns but also their smiles of happiness as they sang songs around the campfire preceded by story time led by Conrad.
