Consumers CREDIT Union Scholars
Consumers Credit Union has a scholarship program called Consumers Scholars. The scholarship application and information can be found ConsumersCU.org. The application opens starting in January. There is one $20,000 scholarship award and 10 additional $1000 scholarships available.
Applicants for the scholarships must meet this criteria:
Full-time high school senior
Minimum GPA of 2.5
Member of Consumers Credit Union. Student can apply online if 18 or older. Otherwise, they'll need to stop into an office with a parent or guardian.
Answer essay question (min. 300 words): on given topic each year
Other usual scholarship stuff like academic achievement, community service, letter of recommendation, etc.
