Peter's Fermentation Nation

For my CAS Project, I taught a fermentation workshop called "Fermentation Nation" at CASapalooza 2019! Fermentation is a culinary practice that involves the transformation of food by probiotic bacteria and yeast. For this workshop I taught the basics of fermentation and its uses in everyday life. Together, we made a sauerkraut and sampled other fermented foods. Thank you Fermentation Nation!
