As you will be entering your progamme in January, this is out of sync with the University semesters: Your semester 1 will be the University Semester 2 (Winter); Your semester 2 will be the University Semester 3 (Summer); Your semester 3 will be the University Semester 1 (Autumn)
In the coming year of study you can expect things to be a little different (than usual), the Covid-19 pandemic has reduced the capacity of the university teach on the campus's for all 'usual' classroom activity, and to avoid disruption to your programme we are preparing you for online learning.
There will be some 'blended learning' in this module, we hope to be able to offer face-to-face seminars if this is permitted. Online learning units will be prepared, there will be some 'synchronous' activity where we meet virtually a at the time we would meet in a classroom. This module contains UNICEF Baby Friendly Initiative infant feeding education and the V100 Nurse prescribing elements of the programme (pass/fail)

This module will be delivered online largely to reduce your travel - this will involve syncroopus lectures and some onlie learing elments. We will have some face -to-face teaching toward the end of the module which will be explained to you.

Online learning units will lead your main theory based learning, there will be some 'synchronous' activity where we meet virtually. There will be some work for you to do for this module in the induction week.
