Striving for Artistic Excellence: The MS/SS Musical production is dedicated to showcasing the vibrant arts scene within BHA to the broader Jeju community. We build skills, offering a stage for students to refine and exhibit their singing, dancing, and acting skills, cultivating well-rounded performers. Through nurturing a culture of dedication and commitment to their passions, we empower students to not only excel creatively but also to develop transferable skills essential for success in their chosen careers. Our commitment to delivering a high-quality show ensures memorable experiences that enrich both participants and audiences alike.
The MS/SS production is an auditioned production for any student in Grades 6-12. Each role requires differing levels of attendance and, in order to achieve a high quality of performance, required students who are passionate about and dedicated to the Performing Arts. Students must consider their other commitments both in and out of school before auditioning.
At the first information meeting, students can collect paper forms and find out more about the show before making a decision about whether or not they are able to commit to the Musical Production.

ATTENDANCE and COMMITMENT RULES
Participation in this production is both a privilege and a responsibility. Every cast member plays a vital role in the success of the show, and commitment from day one is essential.
To be able to be considered for a role in the musical, please carefully review and agree to the following terms using the google form.
Students who miss two or more rehearsals may find their role at risk and could be asked to leave the cast.
If a student is absent from school due to illness, they are expected to email the Stage Manager to ensure the absence is recorded as excused.
Grade 9 students must take personal responsibility for catching up on any missed choreography and blocking following the Week Without Walls trip. Rehearsal materials will be posted on the production pages of the Theatre website.
All scheduled rehearsals are mandatory.
Cast members must arrive on time and be fully prepared (wearing appropriate clothing and bringing scripts, water, etc.).
Any known scheduling conflicts must be clearly listed on the form and discussed with the production team upon acceptance of the role.
Cast members are expected to check the rehearsal schedule regularly to know when they are needed and should contact the production team if unsure.
Respectful and collaborative behaviour is required at all times. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour that negatively affects the cast or rehearsal process may result in removal from the production.
Students are required to self-manage their behaviour on and off stage. Students who cause disruption to rehearsals or other performers and crew will be asked to leave rehearsal. This will be classed as an 'absence'.
Students without a completed signed contract will not be considered for a role in this year's show.
