We are excited to offer students in Grades 6 - 8 (in 2025/2026) an opportunity to attend an ISTA festival in Hong Kong.
ISTA = International School Theatre Association
The ISTA Middle School InterArts Festival is a bold, story-led experience that invites young artists to explore, create, and collaborate across art forms. Over three unforgettable days, students engage with a shared story through the lenses of theatre, movement, sound, and media—developing original work and growing in confidence within a dynamic, supportive environment.
Each student is placed in a lead ensemble, guided by a specialist artist in one of the four disciplines. This ensemble becomes their creative launchpad—where they build trust, investigate a distinct element of the story, and begin shaping their artistic response. Alongside this focused journey, students rotate through immersive workshops in the other three disciplines, experimenting with new forms of expression and discovering unexpected connections.
The festival culminates in a vibrant, student-driven sharing—an interdisciplinary and immersive experience that weaves together the diverse threads of their exploration into a bold, collective moment of storytelling.
