What is ASB?
ASB is an elective class that stands for "Associated Student Body." We work on improving a student's physical and mental health, and make them feel connected to the school. In ASB, we organize events and activities and make posters to announce them. We teach our students to work together and lead more cooperatively.
What do we offer?
ASB offers opportunities for students to work together with staff members to organize events, help promote school events, and help plan fun activities for the school. Not only does this help students learn how to organize things, but it also teaches students leadership skills.
ASB also offers opportunities for students to learn teamwork skills. ASB is in charge of hosting, planning, and promoting events and fun activities for students. An example of one of the events, "Anything but a Backpack Day" happened at school. ASB helped promote this event by making posters and by working with Media to announce the event in the daily announcements. ASB organized the trip to Knotts Berry Farm and are also organizing the trip for Castle Park.

An event that ASB hosted was Ren Rally!
The ASB cabinets came together and held open auditions for students to showcase their talents. In Ren Rally we had talent showcases and games for the audience. Games like guess the cartoon theme song and roll the toilet paper allowed both teachers and students to have fun at the Ren Rally! Not only were there talent performances, games, and award recognition but the Olive Cheer Squad was also given a chance to perform!
The lovely audience.
