Ar. Abigail S. Cruz-Catapang is a seasoned architect with 15 years of comprehensive experience in the urban and environmental planning and construction industry, extending across both the Philippines and Middle East Asia. Her expertise include Building Information Modeling (BIM) applications in project management, architectural design, and construction supervision, with a growing focus on sustainability practices on architectural education. 

She took her bachelor’s degree at the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman College of Architecture and obtained her master’s degree in Construction Management at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Open University. She is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional (AP) in Building Design and Construction, with a Diploma in Land Use Planning from UP Open University. 

Ar. Cruz-Catapang is a member of the Faculty of the BPSU Department of Architecture and Infrastructure and a Development Consultant for the Third District of Bataan. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree for Philosophy in the Designed and Built Environment at UP Diliman.
