Issuance of Technology Licensing Agreement without Signatures
This service provides a final, unsigned licensing agreement draft exclusively to university offices and licensees, based on the licensee's documents and, if applicable, the Fairness Opinion Report.

Issuance of Notarized Documents (Certificate, Memorandum, Licensing Agreement, etc.)
This service issues copies of notarized legal documents only to relevant university offices and partner entities.

This service produces promotional materials only for university R&D or IP assets under its offices, faculty, or projects, and includes quarterly TRL audits of completed R&D.

Lending of Items under TETU
(Tarpaulin Stand, Easel, X-Banner, etc.)
This service is exclusively available to offices within the university that submit requests to borrow items from the unit. While there is no borrowing fee, all borrowed items must be returned in the same condition as when they were initially issued.

(Royalty Fee, Upfront Fee, etc.)
This service is available only to university licensees with active licensing agreements. Payments will be distributed according to the Technology Transfer Protocol 2019.
