Ar. Shiela Marie Roxas-Buce is an Assistant Professor II at Bataan Peninsula State University and an influential figure in Bataan’s architectural community. She co-founded the United Architects of the Philippines Bataan Peninsulares Chapter, where she now holds the position of Vice President for Operations. Additionally, she plays an active role in education quality assurance as a member of the Regional Quality Assessment Team for the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region III and as a Core Group Member for Engineering and Architecture in CHEDRO 3’s Bayanihan Program.

Ar. Buce earned her Master’s degree in Construction Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (2015–2019) and is enhancing her expertise through doctoral studies in Design and Built Environment at the University of the Philippines - Diliman.

As the Project Leader of the SIKAT Technology Business Incubator, a project funded by the Department of Science and Technology - Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD), Ar. Buce oversees a program dedicated to supporting startups in Creative Manufacturing and Emerging Technologies in Bataan. Her commitment to innovation and professional growth affirms her impact as both an educator and a leader in architectural and technological advancement.
