Formerly known as the Intellectual Property and Technology Business Management (IP-TBM) Center, the Technology Entrepreneurship and Transfer Office (TETO) was established under the Bataan Peninsula State University Board Resolution No. 17, series of 2020, adhering to the Philippine Technology Transfer Act of 2009 (R.A. 10055), the Philippine Innovation Act (R.A. 11293), and the Innovation Startup Act (R.A. 11337).

We are comprised of three units, each delivering a distinct but complementary service in line with our mandate: the Intellectual Property Unit (INPU), the Technology Transfer Unit (TETU), and the Technology Business Incubation Unit (TBIU); operating under the guidance of the university's Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Technology Transfer.
