Bloom’s Taxonomy Overview
Show students the 4-minute video that introduces Bloom’s Taxonomy (can cut at 3:22)
There is also a slide with the categories and example verbs to help students better understand the categories.
Bloom’s Study Strategies Card Sort
Divide students into groups
Give each group a set of Bloom’s Study Strategy Cards
Have students sort the white study strategies cards into the Bloom’s Taxonomy categories (colored cards)
It may be helpful to leave the slide with Bloom’s Taxonomy categories and example verbs up while groups work.
