From Notes to Study Tools Activity
Have students choose one of the following and apply it to their notes:Â
Create a summary sheet (bullet points, definitions, big ideas)
Turn main points into study questions
Draw a diagram or timeline
Make a 3-column chart (Term/Definition/Example)
Have student work with a partner to compare their transformed notes and discuss which approach they prefer and why.
