The CLT Test

Classic Learning Test offers assessments that evaluate reading, grammar, writing, and mathematics. This assessment emphasizes academic skills and promotes critical and logical thinking. By including reading passages from classic and historical texts, CLT exams offer a unique opportunity to engage students with the influential authors and ideas that have shaped history and culture.

Benjamin Franklin High School does not currently administer the CLT. However, your Academic Advisors can help you find testing location and register for this exam. The CLT can also be taken at home in certain situations. College-bound students who are attending a classical college are also highly encouraged to take the CLT.
