Important Dates:
March 23-25: All Juniors will take the ACT Exam on our campus (at no cost to parents/students)
March 30-April 1: Make-Up ACT Exam
ACT is a standardized, college entrance exam taken by students to determine readiness in English, Math, Reading, and Science. Colleges and universities often use this assessment to determine admissions and scholarship decisions.
All 11th grade students are required to take the ACT as a state-mandated test. Thus, this exam is administered at no cost to parents or students. Due to the size of the Junior class, the date of the exam depends on the students' alphabetical last name (an email will be sent with specifics closer to the exam).
College-bound students are also highly encouraged to take it a second time beginning in the fall of their senior year. There is no penalty for re-takes and only the highest score is evaluated. Talk to your Academic Advisor if you need assistance in registering for additional ACT Exams.
