Welcome to the lectures page!
Dennis Stephens, after writing his original manual, continued researching and developing TROM. In the early 1990s, he corresponded with those interested in TROM via cassette tapes. He not only answered questions and clarified passages of his original work but also documented new theories and techniques. We proudly present these to you in this comprehensive guide.

The links below each direct you to a page on our site with audio and transcript for that lecture. Some have the additional features of illustrations and related videos.

IF YOU PREFER TO JUST READ THEM ON PDF YOU CAN DOWNLOAD SUCH HERE.

Study help for these lectures is a living project, meaning if you have any questions on a particular section you can write to us, and we will not only answer you but will most likely also update our study help accordingly.

We recommend you study these lectures only AFTER reading the manual, and in the order we've listed below.

It is not necessary to study these lectures in order to perform TROM levels 1-5A.  While there is vital data on running those levels included in these lectures, we have already integrated that data into "TROM 2023" to make Dennis' original manual a more comprehensive work.

If you have not started on your exercises yet, we advise you gain some experience with them before you commence lecture study.
