ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

As some of you have already figured out, Roger Tandry, Allison Tandry, and Mary Tandry are all pseudonyms I use online as I want what I do to be about TROM and not about me. I am one person sitting alone with their laptop continually poring over Dennis Stephens' works and doing TROM exercises, sharing my understanding of this subject with you in plain English so that you don't have to go through the same trouble I went through to understand TROM.

But I am not always alone in my efforts, and for that I am very grateful.

It's not easy, and at times heartbreaking to share this subject not just because my understanding of TROM comes from a thorough understanding of Scientology (which meant having to deal with the Church for more time than I ever should have) but also because TROM has other difficulties associated with it besides the difficulty in the way it was initially presented. Card-carrying members of the Church of Scientology condemn it because their indoctrination tells them Scientology could never be improved upon (not as a result of any sort of objective reasoning or evaluation). Anti-Scientologists have condemned it because they equate TROM with the Church.  And even worse, the current 'authority' on TROM makes the subject look foolish and his own confusions over and misunderstanding of TROM permeate his works, with the result of repelling others away from the subject (I am not making this up. I know people personally who won't do TROM because his materials are inaccurate, confusing, and poorly presented).

TROM is the best thing that ever happened to me, and I only wish that I could have personally thanked Dennis Stephens for all his hard work on the subject and would have gladly helped him teach his works and compile his materials in cooperation with him if only I'd known about it while he was still alive. 

The best I can do is "pay it forward," so to speak, by using what I know to help you understand what he knew.

To L Ron Hubbard for researching and developing Dianetics and Scientology. Dennis could not have come up with his newer subject without knowing the older one. Even though TROM defies Ron's dictates never to build on and try to improve his technology, I am still grateful to both of them. Thank you Ron, for all of your work, and I am truly sorry for what your organization is doing to your technology today.

While Dennis may in your eyes be a "Squirrel" who altered your technology, at least Dennis had the decency to call it something else besides "Scientology", unlike David Miscavige who is now watering down your technology and putting your name on it.

To Dennis Stephens, of course, for going against Hubbard's indoctrination and fixing the flaws of his subject, working hard and expecting little or nothing in return for it. Dennis did what he did to help his fellow man, not to collect money from others or build an organization as a tool for his agenda.

To "Jay-K" for hosting my book "TROM 2023" on the internet, and other such actions he's performed to preserve the TROM technology such as archiving all the materials and posting the advanced lectures on YouTube. I am particularly grateful he has entrusted me to be a manager on his channel so I can also contribute to his project.

To "Khepri" for not only posting the materials online, but for correcting the errors in the original lecture transcripts and then putting them in one comprehensive volume so the TROM technology could be preserved. You saved me a lot of work, Khepri.

To David for helping me compose my glossary of terminology in my early days of Tromming, and for your insights into the tech that you've shared with me.

To "The Rock" for giving me helpful feedback from the perspective of a Non-Trommer on my YouTube videos and website, and for being my friend for all these years.
