The STARS is list of courses and associated grades that have been completed or will be completed for high school or college credit

STARS replaces the official high school transcript during the admissions review process

Colleges that use STARS typically do not accept transcripts or other documents from the Counseling Office

List of schools that use the STARS (E.g. Rutgers, UDel, Penn State, Pitt)

Since accuracy is critical, students should have an electronic version of their high school transcript to reference as they complete the STARS

• Do not list ANY courses as “Standard” - all classes are CP, Enriched, Honors, or AP

To access the STARS, students may receive a link from the college after they submit their application OR find it in the college application portal but we recommend accessing it directly by using this LINK and then linking each school that requires the form- this can be done even before the application is submitted
