The first result should be the link to download the Loom extension in Chrome.

You can now record your first video. Select "Screen and Camera" to record your screen plus your face in a corner. Or you can just record your screen!

You can also choose to record your entire screen, or just one application. If you are recording different Chrome tabs or windows, "Your Entire Screen" is probably the best option to select.
