You are marked on your English rather than your ideas, so do not feel you have to give original or particularly clever opinions.
If you do not have a particular opinion about the subject, remember that it is important - in the test - to say something (rather than nothing), so do not worry about expressing an opinion that is not exactly what you really think.
Listen carefully to what your partner says and, if possible, comment on or develop something he or she says.
If you disagree with your partner, do so politely.
At the end of the Speaking test, do not ask the examiners how you did - they are not allowed to tell you.
