In this part, there are ten questions.
You have to read either one long text divided into (usually) four sections labelled A-D or four shorter texts labelled A-D.
You have to find the text, or section of text, which answers each of the ten questions and write down the appropriate letter.
Part 8 tests your ability to locate specific information relating to detail, opinion and attitude.
Underline key words from the questions.
The questions usually use different words to communicate the ideas in the text(s), so if you find identical words in the question and the text(s), it does not mean you have found the right answer.
Choose one of the following sites. Then choose an article and do a skim reading for 5⌚. Focus on identifying the opinion of the writer. Then talk about the article with your partner in BORs.

Take 8 ⌚ to read carefully the following texts (2 ⌚ per paragraph). Pay special attention to comments such as opinions, perspectives, etc. anything you think may be used to create a question.
When answering the exercise, you can write next to the cells the possible answers for you to review, and then at the end select the most appropriate one.
Now, compare the ideas that you selected/underlined on the text with the questions. Remember that the text and the answers won't have the same words. They might use synonyms for that.
43. D: The writer says ‘it is well worth the small amount it costs to visit’.
44. D: The text mentions that ‘commercials have been made there’.
45. A: It says ‘At first sight it almost seems tropical, until dipping your toe in the water encourages you to spend a lazy day on the beach rather than dive in for a swim.’
46. C: The writer refers to ‘the ocean – which is only waist-high even hundreds of metres from the shore.’
47. D: The writer says ‘don’t forget to get some shots of your own’.
48. B: ‘The sand,’ according to the writer, ‘always remains cool as it is of a type that reflects the sunlight, so you won’t need sandals.’
49. A: The writer says you can ‘enjoy’ various things, including ‘the scent of pine from the nearby woods’.
50. D: The text advises: ‘make sure you arrive well before the sun starts to beat down and the sand heats up’.
51. A: The text states that ‘public access’ is ‘limited to the summer months’.
52. C: ‘There isn’t,’ it warns, ‘much shade, so it is advisable to use plenty of sun cream’.
