Move the cursor to the bottom left of the header and select Change image.
Move the cursor to the top left of the header. Select and add a Logo.

Insert the Layout with 1 image and 1 paragraph.
Type the names of the websites with bulleted points.
Select the 1st name and click on the Insert hyperlink icon.
Paste the link to the website.
Select Apply.
Repeat for each website (minimum 3).
