Health and Safety Guidelines

We will follow St Louis County Public Health, Holiday Inn, and Sunset Event Planning requirements. If it is determined that it is unsafe for us to gather or if we are mandated by state or local guidelines to cancel, then registration fees and class fee checks will be refunded to you in their entirety. If the Convention is allowed to proceed, then the normal Convention cancellation policies will apply.

Hand sanitizers will be readily available throughout the weaving areas and Registration Desk. Please use it regularly. Please note that by attending this event, you are taking Full Responsibility for your own health and safety. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will advise everyone of any changes as soon as possible.

If you feel sick after arriving at the convention please do not come to class. Let one of the convention co-chairs know you will not be attending class and we will gather your basket kits and get them to you.
