This basket is Mammoth sized! It will hold quilts, newspapers or kindling by the fire. It also looks amazing hung up in the corner ceiling! The rim and handle are built with #10 round reed. Students will learn to weave a half God's eye and focus will be on adding enough ribs to create a sturdy basket. Several sizes of reed are used to weave this gorgeous basket.
Special tools needed for class: Student needs large enough water bucket for soaking #10 Round reed.

This beautiful twill bowl is full of eye-catching diamonds. Woven with natural and your choice of two contrasting colors, follow written directions to complete the base. The side weaving is a continuous twill. A three-strand braid is added as a rim filler in the corners. Many color choices will be offered. Twill weave experience is a must to complete the basket during class time.
