For non-emergency illness or injury: Neonatal Medical Request Form

Contact the Neonatal Med Team when:

● You need to report a new or recurring non-emergency medical issue

● You need to request a refill for a medication that was filled at the nursery

The Neonatal Med Team is a group of staff who handle non-emergency medical issues for cats and kittens in the Neonatal Program. Their email address and forms go to a shared inbox.

Contact this emergency number when:

● Your kitten is experiencing any of the emergency symptoms in the urgency chart below

These phone numbers will put you in touch with the main APA clinic. If your kittens are experiencing symptoms that are not listed as urgent in the chart below, please submit the neonatal medical request form to the Neonatal Med Team.
