Our Mission
To promote and provide the resources, education, and programs needed to eliminate the killing of companion animals.
In the Neonatal Program, we strive to save thousands of tiny kitten lives each year. We take in kittens and mom cats who are at increased risk of euthanasia; whether that means a simple case of ringworm or a severe disability, we believe every life is worth saving.
Our story hasn't necessarily been for the faint of heart. Austin Pets Alive! began when vulnerable, homeless pets truly needed us the most. Through hardships, we have found inspiration; and through this inspiration, we have saved lives.
