Distinguishing Physical Properties:
This is another of those clear, glassy minerals.
Notice the cubic shape. And the fact that it is probably cleavage is reinforced; there are several places with "stair step", smaller cubes.
If you test it with dilute acid and it doesn't react, then spray the sample thoroughly with water, rub your finger across the mineral, and then taste your fingertip.
