Why is her name catcher?” No, my real name is not catcher but, you're free to call me that. I have played softball for 2 years and soccer for 5! If you’re wondering why my name isn’t soccer related, it's because I was last year and it’s time to switch it up. Newspaper club isn’t the only club I’m in, I’m in choir too! Some of my favorites are, food, Ravioli, color, light purple, sport, whatever I’m playing at the moment, so right now soccer, but it will change in the spring when I’m playing softball! That's me! Hi, I'm Cornerback. I'm 10 years old and my favorite sports are soccer and football. In both sports I'm a good defender. I can jump high and run fast. That’s good in both sports because in soccer if there are no defenders there is no line of defence and the same goes with football. I have two siblings, an older brother and a younger sister, and yes I am a middle child. My brother is the shortest shark. He is in 7th grade now. My favorite color is green and I play for the Audubon 9v9 soccer team. I scored 1 goal throughout the season because I play defence, but they let me play winger and I scored a perfect goal that went to the corner of the goal. I love pizza and playing outside. The sports I played are basketball, soccer, baseball, and flag football. There are 6 people in my family: my mom, my dad, my brother, sister, dog and me. 

Hi! My name is Dragonlover. I love soccer, reading, baking, art, gaming, D and D, animals, and hanging out with friends. My favorite subject is science. For soccer I am either goalie or defense. My favorite series is Keeper of the Lost Cities. My favorite video game is Minecraft. In D and D I am a dragonborn druid. I have a dog named Bubbas and he is the best dog EVER. Even though I am still learning how to bake, I really enjoy it. My favorite animals are dogs and turtles. I love dragons and reading about dragons. My favorite color is green.  

Hi, I’m Center-Mid! Center-Mid isn’t my real name, but it’s the position I play in soccer. The center mid fielder’s objective is to trail every play and get the ball up to the outside mid. I’ve been playing soccer since I was 3 years old and it is my favorite sport. Enough about my code position here are some facts about me. First my homeroom teacher is Mrs. Meehan and my favorite subject is ELA. I’m also involved in other school activities such as Gifted and Talented, Yearbook Committee, Student Council, and obviously NewsPaper Club. During my free time I love to read and spend time with my family. One of my favorite book series is the Hunger Games. Hey, I’m goalie! Obviously that’s not my real name, but I find being a soccer goalie a really fun use of my time. I’ve been playing goalie since I was 6 years old and I have loved it ever since! Speaking of free time, I love writing and reading when I get the chance to. My all time favorite series of books to read is The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins, and I strive to write books as good as she does! I’m currently in 6th grade and I am absolutely loving it so far. I truly am ecstatic to do some fun 6th grade activities like the funtacular, funplex, and the dance. Competitiveness is one thing I never lack to have, so watch out at the funtacular! Some fun activities other than soccer and the funtacular that I’m competitive in are, softball, kickball, wiffle ball, and volleyball. Sports are very important to me whether I’m playing them, watching it from the sidelines, or from  my own house! I hope this information helps you understand me a bit more while reading my articles!
