Parents are encouraged by the school to request classwork or homework for an absentee child who is recuperating from an illness and is capable of doing such school work.
Parents who are requesting absentee work should email the teacher, call the school or leave a message o the school voicemail no later than 10:00 A.M. on the given day(s) of absence. Teachers of absentee students, upon such request, will prepare work and necessary materials. Work will be available for pick-up by absentee's parent by 3:00 p.m. Work may be sent home with the child's sibling if parent so requests. Work will not be sent home with other students unless specifically requested by the parent/guardian.
