After School Pick Up Procedures

If someone, other than you, is to pick up your child from school, you must write a note in advance to let the teacher know.
In case of emergency, a phone call to the office will suffice.
Children who are signed up for after school activities (e.g. Homework Club. Newspaper Club) must attend that activity unless the teacher receives a note that day telling of a change in plans.
Parents/Guardians will complete paperwork each year to notify school how their child is getting home at the end of the day. School will follow this exactly unless we receive a note from the parent/guardian about a change.
