Students should wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity on physical education days. Students are required to wear sneakers or comfortable, rubber treaded shoes for PE class. Students may not wear open back shoes.
Students being excused from physical education class (for Medical reasons) for the day must report to the
physical education teacher and the student will then be sent to the nurse's office for a medical excuse. A parent note will excuse the student from class one day. Thereafter, a physician's note will be required, which must be presented within one week of the injury or illness.
Students who are removed from PE class because of medical reasons also do not participate in lunch recess.
A doctor's note releasing a student back to physical activity is also required.
