You and your friends are organizing the Inverurie Academy School Disco, you have to decide on a date, time, location and entertainment. Using you internet searching skills, search for possible locations and entertainment and enter these details into your email.

To achieve level 2 show that:
1. Send the email to one friend and Cc the other friend, you should already have their address in your address book
2. Bcc a copy to your class teacher
3. Give as much detail as you can about the disco within the email e.g. date, time, location and entertainment
4. Ask your friends to reply to your email to let you know if they agree with the arrangements you have made
To achieve level 3 show that:
You forgot to put information about transport to and from the disco into the previous email. You will now create a new email, with an attachment giving transport contact details.
1. Search for information regarding Inverurie coaches or taxis, as guests may require transport. Carry out a search using OR to locate the information you are looking for, choose a transport company of your choice (local to Inverurie)
2. Have a look at the customer reviews given for your chosen transport company
3. Open a word document, in your word document enter the transport company details (name, address, phone number), and also enter if the customer reviews for your chosen transport company is a fact or an opinion? Give reasons for your answer
4. Save your word documents as transport.docx
5. Send your email with attachment to your teacher, remember to give a brief description within your email of what your attachment is about
