STANDARDIZATION EVALUATION

FOLLOWS AND ENFORCES REGULATION

The standardization evaluation (Stan/Eval) commander and deputy are in charge of enforcing rules and standards. The Stan/Eval division holds responsibility over staff and the continuity binders. They update the uniform inspection sheets yearly to maintain applicable standards, take notes during important events, and contact command staff when about problems. When faced with a discrepancy in the corps, Stan/Eval communicates with that division to fix the issue.

Supervise and evaluate flight members
Enforce appearance, discipline, performance, training, and conduct standards
Ensure class procedures are publicized and cadets are properly trained on procedures
Ensure cadet records & personnel files are standardized
Make sure cadet guide is current (reviewed annually)
Ensure uniform inspection sheets are standardized
Take responsibility for inspection checklist annually
Prepare inspection report for staff
Track all write-ups and ensure that corrective actions are completed
Ensure all staff members complete continuity binders
