RECRUITING

INSPIRING FUTURE LEADERS

The Recruiting Division Chief and NCO share the program's mission at recruiting trips, strategize ways to better engage middle and high school students, and provide public speaking opportunities for cadets to attend recruiting events. This position offers unique experiences, from developing recruiting videos with Public Affairs to drafting stories with the Academics Division. These cadets are friendly and confident, promoting a positive public perception of the Corps.

AFJROTC INTENT FORM

DUTY AWAITING

Develop/implement a recruiting plan & visit feeder schools at least once per year
Organize recruiting trips to PE classes at the beginning of each school year
Organize recruiting activities throughout the year during school events (assemblies, parent-teacher conferences, registration, etc.)
Ensure adequate recruiting efforts are directed at upper-level programs such as National Honor Society, AP classes, Athletics, etc.
